“The only place I ever shop at for cocktail liqueurs and unusual spirits. Their stock is awesome and the website easy to use. Delivery is speedy and an excellent price. The bottles are exceptionally well packed. I would recommend Drinkfinder to anyone.”

“I made an online order for two bottles of Malbec and two bottles of the 2016 Zinfandel that was shown as " in stock " on the website. My order arrived and instead of 2016 Zinfandel I was sent 2017 Zinfandel and instead of Malbec I was sent Cabernet Sauvignon ! With work commitments I couldn't ring the following day to complain so I sent an email to both email address quoted on the website. Having had no response from my email I then had to make time to ring the company. The response I had was that the emails aren't looked at very often, ( then why quote them as a way of contacting you ) they send a different vintage of wine if they haven't got the vintage you ordered in stock ( then don't quote it as being in stock if it isn't ) and the two bottles of Caberbet Sauvignon was an easy mistake to make as the bottles are next to each other !!! Not what you want to hear when as a customer you expect right first time. Although the mistake was put right I wouldn't have the confidence to order from you again.”

Hello We are sorry to hear that you have lost confidence to order from us again in the future due to this occasion. As with all wines vintages do keep moving forward on this occasion new stock had arrived and had not been updated fast enough. We make every effort to ensure customers are informed of any vintage changes on their order. We do state on our website 'Vintages may vary from those shown, but we will update as quick as possible. In these circumstances we will send the next vintage available. Please specify in the extra Info if you require a specific vintage or strength.' We do try our best when picking orders but unfortunately sometimes human error can occur. Once you called we got the issue sorted there and then, we dispatched the correct bottles that day which arrived the following day to be with you for the weekend as you wished. We are sorry again for the inconvenience caused, we do hope that the customer service you received and the speed in which we sorted the problem shows we do care and has restored some faith. “Unfortunately after paying £15 for special Saturday delivery, I then had to wait over a week for my item to be received. Very disappointing. I could have actually opted for the standard cheaper delivery, and would have received the item sooner. Not sure I would order again from you.”

Hi Beckie I have had a look into this order and consignment and can see you ordered on Good Friday (National Bank Holiday) when we were closed. Your order got processed on the Tuesday (first day back to work after the Bank Holiday Monday). It was delivered on the Saturday as you had paid for. Some customers place orders on a Saturday as they are working and not home Mon-Fri and do not wish to miss their order. So this is why it was still dispatched on a Saturday service as requested. We did not hear from you during that working week regarding your order or wish to change to a different service. I hope this clears up any confusion. All the best Drinkfinder

“A great service. I had to telephone you and you were easy to reach, responsive and helpful. Everything arrived exactly as you said it would and I am as always delighted by my Tarquins Gin! Only thing that I would ask you as a company is to think about recyclable packaging and/or giving advice about recycling the bubble wrap, etc.”

Hi Jean We are glad you are happy with the service you received. We are ever looking for an alternative to some of the packaging we use that will ensure no breakages the same as what we do sometimes use. The bubble wrap we use is made with recycled plastic and is recyclable (depending on your local council). We do our best to re-use what packaging items come into us with too, larger orders are padded out with re-purposed boxes. All the best Drinkfinder
