“Excellent service. I found a bottle of bourbon that I hadn’t been able to find anywhere else. I hadn’t used drink finder before so I was a little unsure. So I called them up and spoke to a member of their staff (who was very helpful and professional) to confirm that they had the bottle in stock. After speaking to a member of the drink finder staff I felt much more confident. So I went back online, ordered the bottle and it arrived 48 hours later in perfect condition. I am happy to recommend this site.”

“The ordering process was very clear and simple and the response to my order was swift and polite. Delivery was equally prompt and photo evidence let me know my son had received the order. Hi Beth We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our shop shares the online stock. During very busy periods it sometimes occurs that by the time we get to the shelf with your order it has been brought. It is a rarity and hopefully you will give us a try once more. Drink Finder

Hi Andrew We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Due to the website and our physical store sharing the stock, during busy periods such as Christmas it is possible that by the time we get to pick your order it may have sold out of the shop. It is a rarity and this year we had a few instances due to a lot of people shopping locally rather than online. If this does ever happen, we will advise how soon we can get a replacement if so, offer an alternative or issue a full refund as we did on this occasion. Regards Drink Finder

“Was looking for a specific bottle of wine that I had enjoyed while on a short break in Anglesey and found it straight away on the drink finder site and for a great price. Delivery very quick and packaged really well (environmentally friendly packing too!). Would highly recommend, will be using again”
