“There was a problem with my order, I received emails & a phone call from Sam in Customer services explaining the issues they had resolving my order/refund. She reduced the cost of the original bill, I added extra bottles and the delivery was prompt with the ability to track the driver every step of the way and a text was sent when I was the next drop. The Customer service is excellent.”

“Your service is very quick for dispatch and delivery. Perhaps a given date could be emailed when it is expected to arrive then purchasers can ensure they are either home or leave an alternative delivery instructions”

“Enquired via chat now as to whether the item was in stock, they were busy but had an answer within 5 minutes. Placed the order online at approx. 3pm and goods arrived next day - great service. Have ordered 5 or 6 times before and the service is always the same. Will use them again & would happily recommend to others.”
