“Its nothing that can not be fixed ! The reason formy poor score is, "poor email communications". ie, "parceltrace", is not going to help anyone!!! However if you put UKMAIL and Consignment Number. People will know the name of the parcel delivery company,google it and put consignment number in, and track there parcel! Also "Text.txt" attachment does not open, so is useless!”

“Constantine Stores had the wine I wanted having been let down by another outfit. Very helpful on the phone and also with a delivery issue(not their fault). All in all would recommend unconditionally.”

“The price was the cheapest I could find so I tried them. The provided a very good service, the bottle came within a couple of days which was excellent (I wasn't desperate for a drink - it was for a birthday I had been forgetting). Emails kept me in touch with everything which was reassuring. Will use them for all my Christmas spirits. Thanks.”
