“DELIVERY NOT GOOD ENOUGH. The delivery by DHL(UKMAIL) was awful. It took 4 attempts. The first three the deliveries were running so late that the driver appears to have given up stating 'they could not find the property'. Strange how on the 4th attempt, when the delivery schedule was on time, they found us easily!!”

Hi Phil, We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the courier service. I have looked into this consignment and I can see that we were contacted after 3 attempts to check the address and advise, we gave them some extra information and the attempt after after being contacted by the local driver they were able to deliver. “Always a concern when purchasing from an online company but the product arrived exactly on time & it was exactly the product I ordered. I would certainly use Drinkfinder again for those special occasion drinks.”

“Good source of lesser known items including single malt whiskies that do not reach major retailers. prices are very competitive with other online off sales and I found one of my favourite whiskies almost £10 cheaper here than with a major whisky store and I did not have to pay delivery charges. First found the store 30 years ago( before online sales) when looking for Glengoyne single malt. Will use drinkfinder in future, the only exception being sourcing Ricard 45 which is always cheaper to import from Europe presumably because there is little demand in UK”

“I have been shopping here for quite a while - five stars and a "Very good" is just not enough - I personally award - 10 at least and comment Superlative - but then Exemplary - and include in that - the Totally wonderful Packing - any special requests - if they do not have then they seek and find”
