“This was the first time we have used Drink Finder and they provided an impressive service. Ordered 2 cases of our current favourite wine which, by good fortune, was on special offer. They were speedily dispatched, the packing was fantastic (the best we've seen from any wine supplier), the comms were great and the price was excellent ! And the wine was delicious :-) Perfect in all respects.”

“I was so pleased to find the craft beer that we had in Cornwall and had searched everywhere and couldn't find it but Drink Finder had it. It was very easy to order and it came in a very quick turnaround, well packed and absolutely perfect. Will recommend.”

“All our deliveries from Drink Finder have been very prompt, with the bottles individually encased in their shockproof airbags within the boxes. They also use a good courier service. As a result, we have never had a problem or breakage in transit. Very impressive!”

“The purchase arrived, all be it to the wrong address, which meant I had to carry a very heavy box from the place it was delivered to, to my address, which meant frequent stops to get my breath as I'm over 70”

“I have used Drink Finder several times and find it so easy to order through. Lots of variety of drinks, easy to order and well packaged. I changed delivery address after placing an order and that was dealt with swiftly.”

Hi Linda We are sorry to hear of your disappointment to claiming a refund for the delivery. It was an economy delivery service that was paid for (2-3 working days) and the parcel arrived on day 3 within the given timeframe. If products are required sooner, our Express Delivery is an excellent next working day service for a minor additional cost. Regards Drink Finder
