“The order was delivered wrongly sweet port not dry and when i tried to contact them to resolve the problem ,I got no response after 4 days , not what i would call good customer service at all”

“Easy to find the wine I wanted. Easy to use and order. However, messaging could be better ref postage - I paid extra for fast delivery, only to then find out that deliveries are only Mon-Fri, so the delivery ended up coming after the weekend anyway. Made paying the extra pointless.”

“Firstly our order had insufficient items in stock, which was not reflected by your web-site, then we we accepted alternatives offered we were also later advised that these items were no longer in stock, so we only received part of our original order. The difference was, however, refunded promptly.”
