“Ordered Christmas presents on the 6th December. Chased twice by email and phone. Was told that ‘my order was next in their list to resolve’. Never heard anything subsequently and it’s Christmas Eve now - no delivery. Not only did they fail to ensure delivery on time, but there have been no updates on email and no customer care when an issue was flagged. Terrible customer service.”

“After looking for a few bottles of my favourite wine, I came across Drink Finder, after buying a few bottles - my wine arrived in less than 24hrs. It looks like it would have taken a steam roller to damage the bottles, as they were so well packed - not a bad word to say, and I'll be buying from here again.”
