“Well to start with no problem placing the order Package then went on its way On the Friday late I was informed by Hermes Freight the parcel was held in Customs I was told by Hermes to contact Customs to sort this out As it was weekend nothing was done until the Monday morning Again it was down to me to contact Customs and get it cleared I contacted Drinkfinder to get them as shipper to help get the parcel moving I was promised a phone call back but never received one so I call them again and still had no reply So I ended up contacting Hermes to be told it would get delivered within 2 to 3 working days I feel the amount I paid for the shipping was very high and was offered no help in getting the parcel to the destination and up to now it still has not arrived So all in all not happy with that part of the service very unhappy as this was a surprise gift for a friend for her birthday Dave Beresford”
