“Although the order was dispatched and delivered in a timely manner unfortunately instead of sending Rosemullion Spiced Rum, Gold Rum was sent. As I am currently in lockdown isolation I could not go through any process of having the bottle exchanged so have reluctantly accepted it.”

This review was the first contact we had from the customer regarding some human error. We have since spoke on the phone and explained we would have had a courier collect the incorrect item and delivered the correct item. But since the customer has opened the product there is very little we can now do. We apologise for the inconvenience of the human error that occurred during this incredibly busy period with reduced staff.

“In these lockdown times I was warned things may take longer than usual. Not all wines were available, particularly in the under £10 category, but this understandable and not surprising. I placed my order at 3.00pm and what was surprising was, that at 4.00pm I had a message to say it was on its way, then another to say it would be with the next day. Exceeded my expectations.”
