Hi Jill Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The poly pouches you have received are made from 50% recycled and are recyclable (council dependant – also most Tesco’s these days have a thin plastics collection for films and such like these pouches). We do not use these poly pouches for all orders. Reduce, reuse and recycle are forever at the front of our minds and we review our packaging solutions every 6 months. For the time being, if you would like to in the future when placing an order put in the gift message ‘PLASTIC FREE PACKAGING PLEASE’ we will adhere to it if we have materials! Regards Drink Finder

“Absolutely amazing service. I ordered some whiskey as a Christmas present very late in the day. Not only did they respond to my request within 10 mins confirming I could change the delivery address (I'd forgotten todo it at point of order) they only blooming well succeeded in getting it shipped out and delivered in time for Christmas. What a totally amazing fabulous business this is. I will definitely be buying from them again.”

“The company had issue delivering my order, however, when I spoke to customer service they were polite and friendly and dealt with my issue. They managed my complaint with professionalism and courtest and I would order from them next time.”

“Found this company while looking for a specific wine as a gift for a friend who had it at a pre-Christmas dinner we went to. Didn't think I had any hope of getting it in time for Christmas (only a week before) BUT they came through brilliantly and he LOVED it especially as he had also tried to track it down after failing to persuade the restaurant to sell him some.”

“Ordered a week ago and took the 2 to 3 day cycle for delivery. Still not here and considering that we live an hour away from where you are based I believe this is poor service. Should have arrived in time to make my mothers xmas... didn't happen. Don't offer a service you can't meet.”

Hi James Sorry for the inconvenience caused with the local depot between us and yourself. Due to the Royal Mail strikes we have been, like most companies pushing all consignments with their couriers and overweighing them with more than they can handle which has caused delays with some deliveries.
