“Given that it was during Coronavirus Lockdown, it wasn't surprising I couldn't easily get someone to answer the phone when I encountered a problem on the website. In the end Sam kindly ammended the address I wanted my gift sent to and all was well. Thank you. The bourbon was gratefully received by the Birthday boy!”

“I telephoned this company for a certain product, and because it was after Easter I was asked to telephone later that day. I did not use the internet due to certain problems I had encountered. I telephoned after 16-00 hrs the same day and it was promptly dealt with. I am not sure when it was sent for delivery, but I received it fairly promptly through the carrier and I did not ask for next day delivery either. Just to let any reader know if this firm still has this product I definitely will be buying this product from them. Good efficient polite service, with an efficient carrier”

“The delivery and service was very prompt. The package was very secure so no risk of any breakage. If you’re ever in Cornwall I’d recommend a visit to the shop. It’s like an Aladdin’s cave.”

“Absolutely brilliant service. We love the shop, amazing range of wine, gin, whisky and more, and very friendly. To find that we could also order online from across the range was a boon, and we stocked up on Lantic Gin, Brockman Gin, Laphroaig Whisky and a beautiful port. Arrived with a few days.”
