E90 330I Coilovers did not fit as they were supposed to fit an M3. The rear lower eyelet is too large of a diameter to fit in the BMW mount and the top mount diameter is too big for the OEM BMW washers. I'm sure a non M kit would have fit my car however when I gave the SKU and part number no one was able to tell if I had an M kit or a non M kit. HSD and Driftworks did contact and try to help with install advice/guidance. The one big issue with this kit is that it mounts to the front pinch spindle, using the threaded portion of the front coilover tube. If you want height adjustment, you have to undo your pinch spindle and you also risk ruining your threads as they are prone to damage in the pinch spindle. I have HSDs on a couple of my other cars and I've had no issues however, this set up might need to go back for a redesign.

Hi Marc, When we spoke you had ordered a kit from the USA supplier, however, the US and European kits are different. The European kit available from Driftworks and HSD Europe has a different damper, which has no thread on the base where the damper grips. You would still need to undo the pinch bolt to adjust the height, but there is no thread on this portion of the European spec kit. The European kit was updated a few years ago but it seems HSD USA did not follow suit with the same kit upgrade we did. As the kit is a different style and was not purchased from Driftworks or HSD Europe it is unfortunately a matter that needs to be discussed and resolved with HSD USA. Wheels were back ordered to Japan but I was given no information about when id receive them and had to keep on chasing to find anything out.

First time I used Driftworks and found them to be easy to deal with and knowledgable and polite. My criticism is over the very poor finish of the wheels that’s all ☹️

Driftworks were below Average to say the least. The advised lead time on the parts was passed and was just given an excuse with why it was later then told. Eventually got the item packaged just in black wrap so no protection on the item. Several chips and scratches in the item. Sad to say will be a while before I give them service again

"Fitting kit included" no, it isn't, you have to buy wheel nuts separately. On the phone they guided me to the website to buy some nuts... But they don't sell M14x1.5 tuner wheel nuts on the website. The bolts supplied to fit the centre caps were too long, so the centre caps were loose, and 2 of those bolts snapped on removal (over tightened or cross threaded at the factory)? Wouldn't recommend Japan Racing wheels or Driftworks. 6 months on, despite several emails, and a promise of a 5% discount that never materialised, the review still stands, definitely wouldn't recommend them.

However, with that said we're slightly confused as to why you haven't contacted our customer services team regarding this matter. We always try to help our customers out as much as possible and would have been happy to resolve this issue for you quickly. The fitting kit for the JRX5 contains spigot rings only and this is shown on the product page when you input your car make/model. To quote 'Please ensure the data supplied is accurate so we can supply the correct fitting kit. The fitting kit includes spigot rings only.' You're correct regarding the wheel nuts, at the moment we don't supply that particular size, but we will be listing these on our website very soon. One of our customer services team will be in touch with you imminently regarding all of the problems you've had.

Hugely delayed order. Multiple months, blamed suppliers. The real frustration was that the product was being advertised as available on the website the majority of the time I was waiting, and there was no communication, I had to constantly chase for information.

Product was great once it arrived however I was messed around with delivery for a number of weeks. I appreciate there were supply issues but I just kept getting given unrealistic dates that I knew they wouldn't be able to achieve and they actually had no idea when it was going to arrive. This meant I kept on having to delay my tyre fitting appointment and lost out on a promotion deal.

This was sent via the standard royal mail service and unfortunately, they are experiencing long delays with their deliveries due to staff shortages coupled with huge volumes of mail this time of year. Product is good,good price for a brand new product,but received my springs with paint scratched on multiples spots and badly repaired not even with the good matching paint code, A+ for very fast shipping,but was still expecting a gift certificate or something for the damaged good but no offer have been made from them like its normal to send *Brand New* priced damaged parts 👍

After paying the best part of £3000 for a set of wheels and being told a 6-9 week waiting time I eventually received my wheels after 18 weeks and 3 days. The communication from driftworks was extremely poor, I had to contact them to find out what the progress was. I was told a few time predicted times and they eventually turned up over 2 weeks later than this predicted date. Your only excuse was because of the covid virus which I know slowed things down a little bit I have had custom carbon parts made in Japan and delivered in the expected time frame during this period too, so 18-1/2 weeks without anyone contacting me to apologise or update me made me resent buying from driftworks and I will certainly be letting people know of this bad experience.

Coilovers arrived in an opened package. Hose securing tabs were bent and paint was flaking away. The driver side rear damper adjuster knob was bent. Top hat of the passenger side front coilover had a chip. Packiging and quality of product is less than acceptable. Would not recommend ordering from Driftworks.

Mr Fang, Huge apologies for the issues you've had with your HSD coilovers, this is definitely not our usual customer service. We have noticed that this order was placed with us back in Dec 2019 and then shipped immediately so we're a little confused as to why you hadn't contacted us about these issues before now. It also sounds like the package was badly damaged in transit as we always check coilovers before they leave our warehouse to ensure you don't receive damaged goods. Guy's I'm sorry to give this short of review but, what you have for rav4 is not for rav4, this links are 3inches too short for standard suspension and 1inche too short for the lowest level on the BC coilovers. Basically waist of money and most important time.

My centre caps gel stickers are very off centre on all four, when you pay £600 for a set of wheels you’d think your stickers would be on straight. Would be happy if I got sent 4 new ones other than that good service.

Love the wheels just a shame they caught my Newly refurbished callipers, ended up borrowing a friends pair of spares to get the car moving, which ideally I didn’t want to run, spoke to driftworks they’ve sent me set of spacers out to replace the borrowed ones which I can fault, now to send the callipers back and get the scratches corrected without needing a full refurb! Might be a good idea for driftworks staff to explain and confirm if any aftermarket disc is being used it might affect the offset

Second order, first was really fast good comms throughout this order wasn’t so great I get that there was a supply issue but no comms with updates of when they would come through, I’ll still shop here regardless but I feel an improvement in communication is needed even if it is just on the website to say still waiting on supplier.
