“Second order, first was really fast good comms throughout this order wasn’t so great I get that there was a supply issue but no comms with updates of when they would come through, I’ll still shop here regardless but I feel an improvement in communication is needed even if it is just on the website to say still waiting on supplier.”

“The original part supplied was faulty, but from the manufacturer not Driftworks. The chrome from the horn rim was coming away and I had to get chrome splinters removed fromn my hand! Lots of big boy's tears! Nonetheless, the sales team at Driftworks quickly and without argument agreed to exchange the item for a new replacement. I had to return the broken item (of little value) before a new replacement was dispatched, but as the post both ways was covered by Driftworks, I couldn't really argue. In sum, a good and speedy service and provided by Fraser and Chris.”

“Quality service. I’ve brought a lot of parts from DW and they’ve always came through. Only negative I could think (which isn’t their fault at all) is the rather slow time it takes for a item to be imported (BC Coilovers from USA) to UK took 3 weeks. But again not their issue. In fact when they arrived in the UK they were with me three days later after choosing free-delivery so on their part they are excellent. Strongly recommend them for parts both cheaper and expensive.”
