“Had a few issues from the start with Concaver wheels having the CVR2 wheels on back order and making adjustments twice for them to turn up on time. Ended up getting CVR3’s instead. Vick was very efficient and helpful through this whole situation and would recommend Vick and driftworks to anyone. I personally think Vick deserves a promotion for the good work”

“Initially sent a mismatched set of springs... fair enough, they look largely identical aside from a small inscription. I didn't notice myself until I dropped the car on the ground and it was very wonky... Phoned customer service, explained the situation, chap on the phone was very pleasant and arranged next day delivery of the correct part without hesitation. Couldn't have been easier. An annoying delay, but mistakes happen and I absolutely cannot fault the customer service in this case.”

“The Personal steering wheel came with a broken box which is opened before I received it. And the card which should be attached to the rim was just random placed inside the box. Also, There are TWO cards inside the box and one of them does not belong to this rim(different serial no.). It's just like a repacked item.”

Hi, we're sorry to hear about this. We always check every wheel for imperfections etc. upon receiving deliveries from Nardi before sending them out to customers to ensure we are also happy with the item. Personal and Nardi are in fact part of the same company so that may explain why you have two Nardi cards but one will be for the Personal steering wheel. However, if you find this isn't the case then please discard the card that doesn't match what you have. If there is still an issue, please get in contact with our customer services team at shop@driftworks.com and they'll be able to help you out with this.

“I bought a set of work wheels which developed a paint issue 11 months after ownership. I raised the issue with Driftworks who went way above and beyond any expectation I had with replacement wheels. I could not be happier with the new set. I would highly recommend Driftworks for a set of wheels, very helpful and knowledgeable people. Will definitely buy another set for the next project.
