“Shopped at Driftworks many times over the years. Every single time they have been super helpful with every aspect of my purchases. Resently I had a product I wasn’t happy with - or though Driftworks supplied it, the problem was nothing to do with Driftworks just a manufacturer’s issue. I contacted Driftworks about the issue and from start to finish they have sorted it all out for me very quickly and I’ve come away impressed at there customer service once again. Would recommend them to anyone. 5 star!”

“For whatever reason the coilovers I bought just didn't work on my car. When I flagged this up Driftworks were very helpful throughout and in the end provided a full refund without quibble. Good customer service only really shows up when something goes wrong - I would have no problem buying from them again as they obviously take pride in their products and care about their customers.”

“The work wheels UK website was quite easy to use and I didn’t have a problem selecting exactly what I wanted to order. After the order was placed is where the customer service was lacking. Throughout the 8 month period it took for the wheels to arrive Driftworks would only provide an update if I sent an email to them asking for one. The only time they sent an update was when the order had finally been dispatched to my house. When you have spent £1600 it would be nice to given some information about the status of the order without asking. I understand there have been major delays in the shipping process but this is not an excuse to leave the customer in the dark. The website needs to be more clear from the outset about how long an order from Japan can take. As mine took several more months than the quoted delivery estimates when placing an order. Aside from the above the wheels themselves are absolutely perfect, all credit to Work Wheels Japan.”

“Although brace was advertised by the manufacturer as being suitable for my vehicle it didn't fit. Driftworks went out of their way to sort this out and the correct part has been ordered for me. I have no problem in recommending Driftworks to anyone and would use them again”
