“Our Carpets, Rugs and Carpet Tiles were very much in need of a good clean and we were waiting for late Spring, Summer to get someone to do this as in our view there is always after cleaning with water a light damp and coldness left for sometime after. Looking online we came across Dri-Now by chance and are pleased we did, my Husband gave them a call, got a fixed price quote and arranged a convenient time. We are delighted with the result, dry cleaned immediately to walk on, excellent job. We have no hesitation in recommending this Company and will certainly use them again.”

“Having been delighted with DriNow when they cleaned my lounge carpet last year and removed a coffee stain I am disappointed that the stain on the landing carpet hasn't come out as Andy indicated to me that it had. There is also a stain on the dining room carpet that hasn't come out (although I accept that I didn't specifically point that out to Andy). The admin of the service was very good.”

“Disappointed. Supposed to be a carpet cleaning company. Expected better results. Marks that should have come out with proper cleaning, didn’t. The workman then resorted to a spray spot cleaner and a scrubbing brush. I wanted my carpet to look refreshed but it didn’t. Workman also was huffing and puffing taking equipment up and down stairs. He would have been done in 10 minutes if I hadn’t pointed out the obvious marks remaining. I won’t be using again or recommending.”

“Allen arrived promptly at 9.00am. He was very proficient and knowledgeable regarding the cleaning of the carpets. He moved all the necessary furniture without aid and carried out the cleaning in a very professional manner. We have already booked Allen for next year. Highly recommended.”
