“It was easy to make an appointment at a suitable time. There was a special offer running and this ensured that the cost was very competitive. Sean arrived exactly on time. He was friendly and cheerful and totally happy to move my furniture around the rooms as necessary without complaint. He explained what he was doing and made special efforts to deal with specific stains on the carpet. Afterwards he showed me that the stains had been dealt with successfully. The chemicals used don’t smell badly and the carpets were dry when he was leaving and the pile has been restored despite the carpets being 20 years old! I would thoroughly recommend Sean and his company and wish him well for the future.”

“I had my carpets and sofa cleaned by Allen. He was on time, professional and friendly. He did a great job. My carpets and sofa look great, especially the sofa which has been brought back to life and looks much brighter! Would definitely recommend.”

“Andy sent a text to advise of his arrival time and got here bang on time. Our hall stairs and landing carpet was very soiled following work having been done on the house and removal men coming in with muddy feet. Andy cleaned the carpet so thoroughly, it looked like new, would definitely recommend him.”

“We have a puppy and our downstairs carpets needed a bit of TLC. Communication with Richard from Dri Now has always been good and on the day he was courteous and efficient. The carpets look like new and we are very pleased with the results. He moved furniture he needed to move but put everything back and we barely noticed he was there at all. Noise free and no funny smells to contend with. I would recommend him no doubt. Mrs P, Leckhampton”

“Unfortunately it was not possible to clean the Persian style rug with the machine being used. Smaller rug cleaned for half the agreed amount had the job been completed. Actually cost me more to have it cleaned than it did to buy!Had I have known in advance that larger rug could not be done, I would most likely have cancelled to be honest.”
