“Medical insurance is a life-long investment so buying a policy without discussing the points that are important to you and your family with an independent specialist before you commit is much the same as having a survey before buying your house. You’re getting peace of mind. Alex Weir is that independent specialist. He asks you questions you hadn’t even thought were important but truly are; he listens to your needs, seeks out the best range of options from the entire market and presents them clearly and succinctly leaving you to make the right choice for you and, unlike your property surveyor, Alex’s advice is absolutely free. She was quick, agile and articulate in researching and responding to the positions that I outlined as we spoke. This enabled us to quickly identify two key areas to investigate further. She provided a limited but appropriately tailored set of options for health insurance and income protection insurance policies within a day or so. We further refined these options in another telephone call and efficiently set up both policies. She proactively approached my income protection insurance provider and achieved a significant saving on my premiums. Samantha is very knowledgeable, flexible and agile at dealing with queries.”
