“Overall, I had a positive experience with our insurance broker. It was our first time enrolling for a company insurance plan in the UK and the initial set up went smoothly. However, I did have a lot of questions since it was our first time dealing with insurance in the UK and I found that I had to reach out multiple times and sometimes wait for answers. The broker is very knowledgeable but seemed to be very busy. I would have preferred more proactivity and someone to guide me through all the steps, as I often felt surprised by new information and details. Despite this, I am satisfied with the outcome and my employees are happy with the move. I would recommend this broker now that I have a better understanding of the process.”

Bernadette listened intently, guided, advised, and highlighted things I had not thought about. An utterly 1st class and professional experience from the very initial point of engagement.
