“Overall, I had a positive experience with our insurance broker. It was our first time enrolling for a company insurance plan in the UK and the initial set up went smoothly. However, I did have a lot of questions since it was our first time dealing with insurance in the UK and I found that I had to reach out multiple times and sometimes wait for answers. The broker is very knowledgeable but seemed to be very busy. I would have preferred more proactivity and someone to guide me through all the steps, as I often felt surprised by new information and details. Despite this, I am satisfied with the outcome and my employees are happy with the move. I would recommend this broker now that I have a better understanding of the process.”

“Joseph Toft and his colleagues were able to simplify what is a very complicated set of offerings based on my initial public domain check. The a la carte options available are overwhelming so speaking to the same person through the process was helpful as sharing what the needs of the business were made the selection process much easier. The proposal put together was quite enlightening as well. It took time to get everything in place but this was mainly due to our business pressures. The portal to view all benefits is slow to get up and running but it should be a useful addition to the service offering.”

“I worked with Martyn over a number of months to set up a Life Cover policy for all staff within Harbour. Martyn provided details on an initial quote after a few changes to this quote this was agreed. The whole process did take some time due to the nature of the information required, however, if I needed to speak/email Martyn he was contactable to help with questions. Overall the service was very good & I would reccomend Drewberry insurance & would use them in the future.”
