“It has to be said that this is more of a review of Parcelforce. DPR despatched the goods extremely promptly but after two attempts Parcelforce still can’t find our address!! Goods still not received after DPR promised delivery on the 31st Aug (now 4th Sept). UPDATE Following my previous review, DPR contacted me and also contacted Parcelforce and the issue was resolved promptly with the goods delivered successfully the following day.”
