“You cancelled my order without informing me. I ordered from overseas as a gift so the address was a uk address. A cynic would say you cancelled because the price went up.”

Hello As was explained to you when we spoke on the phone, your order was cancelled because the billing adress was not the correct billing adress for the card, therefore it was rejected by our merchant provider, not us. We did imform you of this by calling first to advise and also sent an SMS before cancelling the order. We are sorry that the price went up but unfortunately when new stock comes in the price can change. Regards DPR
