“Being a repeat offender, I've previously given five stars and overall, feel the same regarding recent orders. My frustration is that 'Win £50' works only with Instagram or Twitter. Neither will work for me (all sorts of weird glitches) and I'm not desperate enough to pursue the matter just to post a picture and 'follow', but I do use Facebook. That, however, is not what Doxzoo allows for the monthly competition. Yes, it has a Facebook presence but no, the customer cannot post competition entries there. This whinge is nothing to do with the quality of the printing; I am simply irked by something that feels rather unfair and when I have asked Doxzoo about it, the response has been 'Use Instagram or Twitter'. Incidentally, it is fortunate that the bubble wrap did its job: DPD did not do so well on the most recent delivery.”

“Printing is high quality - happy with the finish. Not folded very tightly (had to press the spine a little) but this might be just because I used a thicker paper.”

“Very easy process to design and order products. The delivery process is good too, although a small minority of products did arrive very slightly damaged. (These were well packaged so the damage must have occurred during delivery)”

“Really pleased with our consignment of documents. It's the first time we've used Dooxzoo and it was very easy to order what we needed. The consignment turned up on time and as we'd expected. No complaints about the quality, the print was very good no smudges or anything of that kind. My only gripe was the order confirmation which we didin't receive (don't know why) so had to go back into the website to find out what the PO number was - a minor point really, but the main thing was the print and order details used to order the consignment. We ordered in plenty of time so didn't need to use preferential delivery services. All documents met the spec in full - will use again as the need arises.”

“I am very happy with the quality of the printing and also of the manner in which Doxzoo kept me up to date with when it was being delivered and the ability to track it. My only issue, and it was my fault, is that when I put the order through online I had the front and back cover in the main document and then was asked for the front and back cover separately and made the mistake of not deleting it also from the document. I wish maybe it had been pointed out to me before it was printed and had been taken out but it hasn't spoilt the overall book. My family will be delighted with it.”

“Usually great quality products at a good price! I am still however waiting for a replacement order from over 3 weeks ago, so I now need to order extra copies of that product that should have been replaced to ensure I receive it on time for my clients - which is a little disappointing, I am usually very happy with the service.”

“I have used Doxzoo multiple times and on the whole, have nothing but praise. Once, the photographs in my book appeared very dark and after sending proof of the originals, a reprint has arranged without fuss. My most recent order has a similar issue, but I need to make changes anyway so will hope the next order will revert to the standards we are used to. The binding, cover and print quality is excellent and delivery times within those advertised. One criticism: I am not an Instagram user so miss out on the competitions and occasionally, I think, discounts. It seems a little exclusive...”

“The quality of printing is SUPERB. Time is great and if you need a print urgently this is perfect. 5 stars when you will be able to align perfectly front and back. I am using this service also for cutting pages and sometimes these are not perfectly aligned”
