“Allowed me to reach an extremely tricky & awkward university deadline. Doxzoo had my item made and delivered within 2 days (with Saturday delivery). Life savers to say the least. Product is very good quality and was packaged well.”

“Good quality of print and materials, but the delivery took 3 days (the expected delivery was on Fri and it arrived on Mon), which caused delays on my work.”

We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail did not deliver on your estimated delivery date. However as advised throughout the checkout process and on your dispatch email, Royal Mail delivery dates are estimated only. Due to the estimated nature of the service, it may take upto 5 days to arrive. If you have an urgent deadline to meet, please choose the courier delivery option instead. We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail did not deliver on your estimated delivery date of 4th Jan, however please note that this delivery method is always estimated and may be subject to local postal delays. For urgent orders we do advise choosing courier delivery, as this is trackable and guaranteed. Your order dispatched on 3rd Jan, so we'd expect it to be with you in the next couple of days. If there is still no sign of your package by 9th Jan, please check with your neighbours and local Royal Mail delivery office. “The site is really simple to use and clear to understand. This was a huge benefit. I also liked the delivery options which enabled me to keep the costs down if I wasn't in a hurry. Deliveries have been on time and the quality is very good. I had a complicated request and needed to use Chat to resolve it. Unfortunately it couldn't be achieved but the service was good none the less.”
