“Absolutely brilliant! Excellent quality, affordable price, quick delivery. I ordered two copies initially for proof-reading for my client and on completion she will order in quantity for her friends and family. Hi Katy, Thank you for your review and recent order. Booklets should be bound with 2 staples along the spine (saddle-stitched), so we are sorry to hear only one staple is present. “I was worried after I received an email on Wednesday that I wouldn’t get the order till Thursday or Friday. When I ordered it for Thursday as I had a meeting with a uni I needed it for my portfolio. Needless to say it arrived already and was really happy. It was great service. The only comment I would make but I think it’s my fault is that the photos in the pdf didn’t come out at all or where faded on a dark or black background. In general though, I really can’t fault service. So thank you and I expect to use you again. Regards, Anya.”

“Doxzoo printing was a legend they took my order on bank holiday Monday and despatched it the next day.Once recieved I was totally impressed with the quality, the professional look.However I would like to address that at the back of my print The was a black finger print mark which was a let down for me . Overall it is a job well done and definitely a recommend printing service for students . Thanks”

“There was a requirement for double-sided printed; the instructions were not clear and so the wrong (single-sided) prints were sent. Despite me highlighting this, there was no offer of re-printing. Really disappointing; might be a good idea to make the upload instructions simpler.”

Hi Martina, Thank you for your review and recent order. We are sorry that the documents were not as expected. However as advised via email on 15th May, we cannot print a 1 page file as a double sided sheet. The document was printed single sided in line with the Document Preview shown during the configuration stage prior to checkout. As the order was printed as ordered (and as shown in the preview), we cannot provide a free reprint. For the benefit of our customers, the following is also stated on our FAQ page: "Can I print a 1 page file on both sides of the sheet (double sided)? We cannot accept 1 page files for double sided printing. To achieve this result, please duplicate your artwork and upload a 2 page file." We do also recommend that customers check the document preview thoroughly prior to ordering. Best wishes, Doxzoo Team
