“I deal with printers a lot in my day job so when my husband finished his first novel I was the one to sort out the printing. I found you on line and liked the sound of you plus very good prices and a range of sizes, so perfect for what we wanted. “I put a lot of work in putting together a family history book and seeing it in actual print was stunning with great thanks to Doxzoo. I had researched other printing companies but Doxzoo was by far the best company with regards to printing options and services. I had a problem with the design of the book spine but this issue was resolved quickly by their fantastic customer services team. Thanks again Doxzoo for helping me to achieve a lifetime ambition.”

Hi Jadzia, We are sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the delivery and person you spoke to. As advised via email last week, books take 2 days to produce due to the required drying time and Royal Mail delivery is an estimated service. For a speedier delivery time, we recommend choosing an alternative bound product (e.g. wire binding or booklet) as well as courier delivery, which provides a guaranteed delivery date.
