“Paid for next day delivery and took over a week to arrive. The document I had printed didn't come in time and had a to use another service”

Hi Beth, Thank you for the review. We've checked and 5 working day production was selected on this order, as well as Royal Mail 1st class delivery. The order dispatched on time (11/11) and do apologise for any delays with the delivery. We do also advise in multiple places on the site that 1st class deliveries are estimated and not trackable, and can take up to 10 working days to arrive. Best wishes, The Doxzoo Team

“Have used Doxzoo regularly for about a year - particularly easy and safe during lockdown. But continued since, as often have a need to print 50+ pages, that puts a bit of strain on home printer. Also (not so) local stationers/printers less convenient and no cheaper. Easy to upload/order and always received on time and in good condition. Very happy to continue to use.”
