“I ordered a book, but they sent me folded letter sized sheets. When I asked for refund, they insisted it was what I ordered. I said the website was confusing, it showed me a book. It is a case of "Incorrect motive" and it should be cancelled. However the staff didn't understand this terminology. I wasted 17 pounds for nothing. What do you expect me to do with this 100 sheets!? Surely I wanted a book!”

This product type was shown to you in the document preview, as well as stated throughout checkout (on the basket page and order summary prior to payment) and on your order confirmation email.
