“My latest order was printed incorrectly and the print quality was very poor. When I contacted Doxzoo's Live Chat, the person at the other end of the ChatBox was not very friendly and helpful initially, but finally confirmed that they would re-print and send out my order to me in the correct version. I received this the next day and the print quality was much better. However, I do feel that the staff member on the Live Chat system could have been more polite and does need some customer service training.”

Hi Gillian, Thanks for your review and recent order. We are sorry that the original document was printed as single sided instead of double sided. As stated in our terms and conditions and relevant refund related help articles, when an issue is reported we do request photo evidence for our records. This requirement was communicated to you via the Live Chat and when you explained that you did not have access to a camera, we did provide the reprint as requested. Best wishes, Doxzoo Team

“Printing was fine however the back cover was expected to be opaque. in fact it was see through which was surprising based on my selection. also the courier on the first day made very little effort to connect with me. i had my phone and the package could easily have been left at wework reception. other that this i would have selected v good”
