“I haven't received the my order order despite paying for first class post. It was supposed to be received on 29/09 but as the time (02/10 19:00) of writing this review it hasn't arrived.”

Hello Adekunle, We are sorry to hear that there was a delay in your delivery. Unfortunately Royal Mail 1st class is not a trackable service and is also not guaranteed next day. We do advise that should your order not arrive after 10 working days from dispatch then please let us know.

“I used Doxzoo for the first time as I wanted to print out some art prints in high res so that the students in my art class could look at them physically instead of on a screen. I was very pleased with the quality of the print. I also got a very large black and white document printed which was done satisfactorily - minus one star due to the cost of this!”

“I didn’t get what I expected first time because I found a bit difficult the selection of the products. So first time I’ve got two products without the cover so I had to order them again. I also learned that I don’t have to pay delivery fees (which I did and I had to pay 8£, a bit expensive if I am honest)”

“This was my first time using Doxzoo. I ordered some encapsulated wordsheet to use with a children's choir. The price was fair, the quality of the materials is excellent. There was just one copy where the plastic is quite crinkled. I shall be coming back the next time I need to do some printing. Well done and thank you.”

“Lovely printing - I had some measurement tables that i wanted to put on the wall in a hash environment, with the Synthetic paper sheets that Doxzoo has i was able to print these A3. They came out great an should last mean years of greasy fingers etc.”

“This is the second project that Doxzoo has printed for me (412 A5 book). I shopped around to another company I had used in the past and they were 2.5 times more expensive! So, Doxzoo gets 5 stars for value for money. The uploading process was fairly straight forward. My title page extended beyond the printable margins, so I had to adjust and reload my project. I was able to scan each page before pressing print, which was very comforting. Printing was quick and delivery by courier was excellent. Having suggested that the experience was very good, why did I only award four stars? On several copies, the cover edge was a bit ragged, something that did not occur on my previous order. That said, it was something I could live with in this instance. Would I recommend Doxzoo? Absolutely, great price, great service, but quality control needs a slight tweak.”
