“I am very happy with the quality of the printing and also of the manner in which Doxzoo kept me up to date with when it was being delivered and the ability to track it. My only issue, and it was my fault, is that when I put the order through online I had the front and back cover in the main document and then was asked for the front and back cover separately and made the mistake of not deleting it also from the document. I wish maybe it had been pointed out to me before it was printed and had been taken out but it hasn't spoilt the overall book. My family will be delighted with it.”

Hello and sorry to hear that your order was delayed. I see that you selected royal mail 1st class which isnt trackable I am afraid. As stated on our website there can be delays in certain areas due to the royal mail strikes which is very unfortunate but hopefully will arrive soon

Hello and sorry to hear that your order hasnt arrived. Your order was shipped on the 2nd December by Royal Mail 48 (2 day min service) as per your order confirmation email. As advised on our website the royal mail strikes have meant that their services have been disrupted which may mean that your order may arrive later than expected. You can track the progress using the tracking link provided at time of shipment

“Quality of the product is brilliant. I ordered a few certificates for printing,.which I needed for my son's birthday party. I gave a three stars because I ordered a one week before a party and unfortunately, it arrived day after.”

Hello and sorry to hear that your order arrived late. I can see that your order left us on the 30th November with your selected method of shipment as royal mail 1st class post. As mentioned at checkout there have been delays to royal mail deliveries due to the recent strikes. Very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We do offer courier services which may be a better alternative during royal mail strike days.

“Amazing!!! I made the order on Nov 22 on Tuesday and they send me the email when it ship with all the tracking information on the 29 and by December 5 it arrived at my door now I was expecting to be later because of the date, I'm in New York, US and we're on a holiday month so for me it was faster than I thought :).. super happy.”
