“After an error in the printing process provided me with A4 not A5 as per order, on contact they admitted the errorno questions, and the next day along came what I ordered. Really good experience, polite, helpful and good product. Will certainly use again. Odd mistakes can happen to us all. Thank you for the experience, I am very satisfied overall.”

“I cannot stress how happy I am and it was easy and stress free and I am soooo pleased x only thing I would maybe change is Incase you need to add a front and back cover to have that option on the selection button, if there is I may have missed it but that’s the only downfall, I’m definitely coming to you again for my final major project printing!!!”

Hi Boe, Thank you for your lovely feedback. For booklets, the first and last page are used as your front and back cover by default. These will be printed on the same paper type as your inner pages, unless you opt for the 300 gsm card cover option. “Somebody’s else’s printing was sent to me by mistake and goodness only knows where mine went. Mine was 950 pages hers was 3. Does nobody check? This caused me major embarrassment as I had to produce this for a meeting in Holland. So no, I am not impressed with Doxzoo”

“very fast and cost effective! It's a shame that the ink on the covers of the booklets I've printed comes off quite easily (if I put it in a bag it gets worn down pretty fast) but otherwise everything is good.”
