“- expected delivery is not correct, was estimated for Thursday, did not arrive yet (4 days after estimated arrival!) - dubious minimum fee of 5 GBP”

Hello Patrick, We are sorry to hear that there was a delay in your delivery. Unfortunately Royal Mail 1st class is not a trackable service and is also not guaranteed next day. They are running with delays at the moment due to COVID-19 and are taking up to 10 days to deliver in some areas. “Poor service & bad experience Unhelpful customer service Printed work in wrong format after wasting time to deliver After making complain about wrong format , size, doxzoo was unable to fix it. I will not recommend your service to anyone”

Hi Foluso, As explained on live chat last week, we are sorry your order was not as expected however we did print in line with what was shown to you on the online previewer. As an automated service the online previewer gives an exact representation of how your document will be printed. On our booklet printing page and within our help articles we do explain that we cannot print from double page spreads, we would require single pages to be uploaded for our booklet printing service. “Good quality print for the price. Easy to use interface on the website. Am about to place my second order. Would recommend. My only criticism is that the previewer did not recognise that I'd already set my PDF file to a double page spread and so it compressed both pages onto one page with white space about and below. I had to re-export my PDF from InDesign in single pages instead. It would be better if their system could automatically recognise a double page spread.”

“i was unsatisfied with the service as almost half of the print outs looked different from the others, the cutting surface was different on almost all of them. i contacted customer service and got those pages redone. also all the print outs were with a grey square fading all over, i complained about it and was only told one of the machines had done this - with no compensation and was not even asked to have all my print outs redone because of the low quality ones i had with me...”
