“On the final paper, it looked as if the paper has been used previously for printer error report and then turned around and used again. So whilst the front was fine, the back pertained an error report. It was only 2/3 lines long however it shouldn't have been part of the print. I needed to send the document off straight away so had no choice to but to accept the mistake and thus why I didn't take a photo. Otherwise, the quality of the paper and print was very good.”

Hi Kat, Thanks for your review and recent order. We are sorry to hear that the back was misprinted with a machine error report. As you've predicted, we'd usually request a photo to help us investigate the issue and log it with our Production Manager. However on this occasion, we'll refund the print in lieu of the photo. Hi Tomasz, We are sorry that DPD failed to deliver your order on your delivery date. As discussed via Live Chat last week, DPD have sent the package back to us. The delivery driver flagged it up as not having the required contact name We've since reprinted the delivery label and can confirm that the contact name was stated on the label. Unfortunately this was an oversight made by the DPD driver. Due to the delay we will refund your order in full. Best wishes, Doxzoo Team

“The quality, look and feel of the document were very good. However, I ordered 2 in terms of quantity and the '2' arrived bound as 1 document instead of 2 separate which meant I had to spend time I didn't have separating them.”

“Hi Doxzoo, Just to let you know for future orders of 'blue' paper from the printer you used for my last order DZ053366 that this was not the light blue paper I expected and the black print is harder to read with this background. I have included a photo. Thanks so much for contacting me so promptly. The matter has been resolved and this was clearly a one off. I shall continue to use your services which up to the last order I have always found very good.”
