The specification of your order is shown on multiple places throughout the ordering process as well as it being on your order confirmation email. Hello, I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the products received. As mentioned when you contacted us you did select black and white printing rather than colour. This is clearly shown on the previewer, the basket summary, your order placed email and also your order confirmation email. We do try our best to get all aspects of an order 100% correct and would welcome the opportunity to work with you again.
