“They want a review on a product I haven't received, so you will get one star because I haven't received yet. Maybe you should try to be as efficient with your deliveries. No doubt COVID and Xmas will get the blame”

Hello Julia, Thanks for the review. We are sorry Royal Mail have failed to deliver your order as of yet. We do advise on the website that this service is estimated and not trackable therefore we are not able to provide you with an exact time frame of when it will be delivered. Due to COVID and the Festive period we do try to warn customers on our website to allow extra time for Royal Mail deliveries and to use DPD if urgent, with a notice on the home page, delivery page, payment page and on your order confirmation emails. “Superb quality and value. Fast service and reliable delivery too. I particularly liked being able to get instant quotes and seeing a preview of my document on the website before committing to the order. The only slight snag was not having the minimum document margins made explicit during the order process. After having a document refused twice because of overlapping the margins, I eventually discovered the minimum margins in the help pages. This information should probably have been shown as soon as the paper size and binding method had been chosen. But this is the only small gripe in an otherwise surprisingly good printing experience.”

“I needed a family photo book to be printed quickly to commemorate my dad's 90th. Doxzoo could not have been more professional or helpful. And when the result was opened today, it was everything we hoped. Beautifully printed, very well packaged, after being delivered exactly on time. Not only that, but their support agent Paul answered several support emails on Saturday AND Sunday late into the evening (give that man a medal), which helped me greatly to get the artwork created to the correct specification in time. Other staff checked my artwork as I had a couple of queries before committing to print. Excellent experience - will be recommending to others and will certainly use again.”

“The final product is very good, I had a booklet printed for some uni work that I needed. The quality of print and materials used is spot on. The same can not be said for the speed and cost of delivery. For what you pay for the delivery I feel the speed is very poor.”
