“Lovely quality printing and paper, website is also easy to use although my only issue was using the cover software, this was painfully slow, please enhance this feature. I received my order really quickly too, very happy with the service.”

Hi Joana, Thanks for your review and recent order. All of our paper is FSC certified (FSC Mix) and from certified forests or recycled materials. From: http://www.fsc-uk.org/en-uk/about-fsc/what-is-fsc/frequently-asked-questions What does the FSC label mean? "The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) logo on a wood or wood based product is your assurance that it is made with, or contains, wood that comes from FSC certified forests or from post-consumer waste." “Terrible service. They dispatch your order late in the day so Royal Mail take 2 days to deliver it even though you pay for next day delivery. If it was dispatched earlier in the day then I would have received it the following day, but they blame it on Royal Mail. This has happened on 2 occasions for me. Pay for next working day production which is fine but doesn't mean anything as you still get the order late because of that. Documents printed incorrectly on my first order - made a complaint - told them to re do my order correctly - they sent this out wrong too. This caused delays with my business. Generally terrible service and they don't accept responsibility either.”

Hi Sonia, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you rate our service as terrible, especially in light of our on-time despatch and same day reprint. As advised via email last week, your order was despatched on the correct day (order was placed on Monday 4th June and the order was despatched the next day, Tuesday 5th June). This is in line with the next day production selection made during checkout. Regarding delivery, unfortunately Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is estimated only. The estimated nature of this service is stated throughout the website, during checkout and on your confirmation and despatch emails. We do also recommend that urgent orders are sent via courier and Royal Mail is not used. This is highlighted by a large red box on the delivery page during checkout. Lastly, we are sorry that the first print had an error. As soon as we were notified of the issue (8th June), we reprinted the affected items and despatched them to you that same day. Regarding a subsequent error and recent email - we will be in touch shortly via email to discuss. Best wishes, Doxzoo Team

However we are sorry to hear that Royal Mail did not deliver on your estimated delivery date. As advised throughout the site, checkout process and on the order confirmation and despatch confirmation emails, Royal Mail 1st Class delivery dates are estimated and not trackable. For urgent orders with deadlines, we always recommend choosing a courier delivery option. This advice is highlighted in a large red box on the delivery page prior to payment.
