Hi Tehila, I'm sorry you feel this way. We have taken a look at the live chat messages and note that we asked to receive your order back to investigate the issue of it being printed on the incorrect stock. From the photo provided it did seem it was on the correct GSM but wanted to be sure and investigate further. “Printing quality is fantastic and a very reasonable turn around time, I had some instructions for a board game printed and they really are perfect. I will be using again many times in the future. The price is surprisingly cheap and the fact that you can just order 1 item rather than a minimum order is really helpful.”
