“Competitive price, quick reaction time form the service team (Lucy), customer-friendly. On the downside: Colours appear too dark, some pages have been cut off the wrong way (colour stripe of the next page included), print quality could be better”

“Did a book as a present for a dear friend who absolutely loved it (as did I). Could not fault the quality in anyway. This was a trial run for another project I'm working on and I'll be definitely coming back to use this company again. I'm also not very techy and had a few fumbles on adding my cover but got it sorted without too much hassle in the end (ie no shouting at the computer) and it did what I needed it do. I work on the premise that you complain if something has been done wrong but COMPLIMENT when it goes well. This went beyond my expectations. It's a fabulous service and one I look forward to using again.”
