“Wrong documents sent to me, the live chat is all well and good but not active on a weekend and only get given 10 days to report it for doczoo to fix.”

Hi Daniel, Thanks for your review and recent order. We are very sorry to hear that you received the wrong documents. Please contact us via Live Chat today and we'll investigate further and arrange a reprint or refund as required. As you've noted, we are open Monday to Friday only. For now, this means that enquiries received over the weekend are responded to promptly first thing on Monday morning. However we may consider offering weekend chat support in future in line with demand. Regarding the 10 day period to report errors/issues etc. We've found that 10 working days (2 full calendar weeks) is a reasonable amount of time to cover delivery, inspection of the order, contacting us to report issues etc. In extenuating circumstances we may offer some flexibility with this time period, however it depends on the situation. “Customer service was very good and they fixed issues quickly via live chat. Print quality was good, but trimming and binding quality was not. Despite their specified 3mm bleed, some pages still had white on the edges and it was not bound centrally, so colour from the other side of the fold can be seen much later in the book. Overall, quality was very good for the price, but I will shop elsewhere if I ever need perfection. Process and website were easy to use and instructions/limitations were made clear.”

“I was stunned when I opened the package to reveal the beautifully printed and bound 150 page manual. Given how low the price was I expected a very basic job, but how wrong was I. What I got was a first class job in every respect, looking exactly what you'd expect from a manufactures manual. I will without doubt be turning to Doxzoo for any further print job.”
