“I am SO impressed with my order! I needed to print my orders of service for my wedding. I had a pdf of my order of service using an Etsy template I purchase so I just needed to have them printed. I was quoted £176 for 70 copies by another supplier and I ordered the exact same specifications and paid £30 with Doxzoo. The quality is brilliant and overall I couldn’t be happier. I will most definitely be using this service again and will highly recommend to others.”

“Very disappointed with the service. I expended hours to make my pages the right size for the website and I still got white borders everywhere. The team could be more interested in the clients prints as it’s obvious that no one wants white borders in artwork. A kid would understand that was wrong”

Hello, Thanks for the review. Unfortunately as advised via live chat, the file was supplied with zero amount of bleed. We require the bleed to be able to print to the edge and do advise this on this site. We also do advise on site that it will be printed as per the online previewer and in this case, it does clearly show white borders would be present on your artwork. “I suppose that balanced reviews are important - this is positive, but I had some issues. I ordered two copies of a paperback book. They arrived in good time and I was kept informed of progress. They were packaged well and clearly Doxzoo has high standards. Unfortunately the corner of one book was damaged (unsure how within the good packaging), but worse, both books' spines were not glued correctly. This meant that the pages were coming apart at the bottom. However, after a quick chat via the website, the order has been redone, with apologies. I am sure this is unusual for Doxzoo and I have no hesitation in using them again. What's clear is that they have excellent customer service.”

“I returned to DOXZOO once again (my eighth time, I think), as they have always provided an excellent service. As usual, I did everything online, downloaded my book, checked the formatting and designed the cover). It was very easy. I then chose a date for my book to be delivered and was updated as to the delivery. It was very efficient and the results were, as always, excellent. I have used other publishers in the past, but DOXZOO is my go-to preference for price and quality.”
