“I was thoroughly impressed with this speedy processing and delivering of my documents. I had an urgent date to make with these prints and I was able to deliver on time. “The printing itself was satisfactory. However, despite phone calls made to Doxzoo, in an attempt to ensure I was doing the online ordering correctly (so I could have a next day delivery and pick up my document from Prontaprint in London), I ended up with a day's delay and added costs. My advice if doing this for the first time, is make sure the online form is done with close attention to detail. When I phoned to find out why my order was delayed, I found little sympathy. For a first time customer, I felt poorly treated.”

Hi Nigel, Thank you for your feedback. From looking at the order details received, the delivery method of "Royal Mail 1st Class delivery" was selected rather than the option of "collection ". This information would have been noticeable on the delivery page with an estimated delivery date, as well as being on your order confirmation email. Unfortunately when you called it was too late to make any amendments to the order as it had already been despatched via Royal Mail and was due to be delivered that day. Our customer service team are available Monday to Friday to help assist with any enquires throughout the ordering process, so should you have any future questions please do not hesitate to contact them. “I needed to print out my dissertation and was a little bit worried if the prints would be a good quality, but everything has arrived very fast, in a great shape, nice and clean print and all delivered in a solid packaging. I will be definitely using the service again.”

“Good quality paper, good prices, fast delivery. Only wanted to print a couple of forms for a job interview since I don't have a printer at home and ended up delivering a much better impression than initially intended. Definitely going to use this amazing service again.”

“Generally found site very easy to use but had a few false starts getting to know the system. Frustrating that I could not save work already done and return to it for editing later. My online questions were answered very promptly however. Final copy looks good and very professional. Extremely quick delivery! Will be returning with further edits and subsequently order more copies.”

“I didn’t get what I ordered. I spent hours designing and preparing my document, I selected soft touch lamination for the cover, and received gloss, so just be prepared to get whatever the technicians decide to send you.”

“Took a little time to be familiar with the pages / uploading etc. Be quicker and more confident next time. Quick service, copies not so 'deep' 'rich' in colour, compared to single copies printed locally. Thank you, will be a customer again.”
