“I found this company by accident when trying to find somewhere that would print some coursework materials I needed quite urgently, and Doxzoo did not disappoint. “I’m studying for my exam and printed many materials at home, but it became so expensive to do that especially the home printer not for heavy duty. When I found Doxzoo , I decided to ordered from them. They service was excellent they will reply to you directly and they was so organized. The order came on the exact date that mentioned after I purchased the order. The packaging was perfect. I’m so happy with such experience and sad because I didn’t know them before.”

“I ordered 3 different items with different bindings on one order, and they arrived all together, faster than I expected. The first two were excellent. Better than I imagined. There was an issue with one item, but it was sorted immediately. I emailed them on Sunday, and got a response the same day! They immediately reprinted the item (and sent me extras). I am very happy with the service I received. I will be placing another order.”

“Very inconsistent. Some orders perfect, some completely wrong. My last order has incorrect number of prints and some documents printed with pages in wrong order and and other strange mistakes. Would still use again because of the fair pricing but would expect a better quality checked product in future.”

Hello and thank you for your review and sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. I can see a record of two issues you have reported. The first was our mistake and we immediately provided a reprint the same day as reported. On the second issue we did point out that the issue was down to your original artwork and this was clearly shown on the previewer. You mentioned that you had a disability and so were unable to use the previewer so we issued a refund as a gesture of good will
