“I received my order of ten booklets on Monday, one week after ordering them and arriving on the stated day. DOXZOO you are amazing. I am so impressed with your printing, so much so, that I am uploading a couple of photographs to show everyone. I showed the booklet to a few people and they all wanted to know where the printing was done. Of course I gave them the name of DOXZOO, so I believe many more people will be happy to try your services. I am almost ready to send another order to you. From an extremely happy doxzoo customer. “I had a hard time uploading a pdf that the online software would both recognise as A5 and wouldn't place some of my contents into the red cropping areas. Other than that, the ordering process was quite nice and I enjoyed seeing how everything would look in a digital version. I feel the service is good value for money, but the actual binding was 3/5 at best - there was excess glue in several places throughout.”

“As I have said in to previous reviews, I was unable to sign on as a new customer and not able to cliam the 10% welocme discount on over £500 of printing which made me feel that I don't matter to you as a supplier”

Hi Jenny, Thanks for your recent orders. Our customers matter to us, which is why we reward new registered users with 10% discount on their first 2 orders. It is unfortunate that you did not add the promo code at the time of ordering though, as stated on the site, codes cannot be added to existing orders. Our registration page states: "Plus, after registration you will be emailed a 10% discount code to use on your first two orders. Please note that the discount code cannot be applied to existing orders." This is also mentioned within our Help Center. You may have missed out on the discount this time, however the code is valid for 2 orders per account, so you can use it on your next 2 orders. “Brilliant! No minimum print-run, very competitive pricing, very speedy turnaround, suberb quality finish and can upload documents direct from Word (or in other formats). Customer service excellent - they persevered with a glitch in one of my uploads and Lucy gave me invaluable advice on how to overcome the problem, which yielded success. Many thanks. “It was my first time using Doxzoo to print and binding a 145 pages document. The tool for uploading and configuring the document is the best I found on the web. The delivery time and service was very good. The print and binding quality is fantastic. And best of all, the price was one of the cheapest I found. I am really happy with the service provided by Doxzoo and I highly recommend it!”
