“Great service as usual. The whole process from start to finish was excellent, efficient and methodical. John was the agent I dealt with but also another gentleman who took me around the vehicle before handing it over to me. Bringing the van back was also an easy hand over. With the pandemic in mind everything had a sanitised angle to it. Thank you”

“I hired a vehicle for a 24 hour period. Collection was very easy, staff were very pleasant, helpful & easy going, likewise the return procedure was very straight forward. The vehicle itself was nearly new, in great condition and did exactly what was asked. I would certainly use Dorset Vehicle Rental again.”

“Generaly a good service - very helpfull on the phone to book the car hire. Collection process good, although the vechical was not ready for collection and still had to be cleaned - adding a 10-15 minute wait. Return process was good. All staff encountered were polite and efficient.”

Thank you for your patience whilst the vehicle was being cleaned & sanitized for you.

“Staff at the Dorchester branch were friendly and quickly got me on my way. Documentation was no problem due to clear instructions on website. Vehicle was excellent and served my purpose. Great value, including unlimited mileage. Returning vehicle was simple. A great local service I would highly recommend.”
