“I travel to Weymouth annually and always hire a car from DVR. The cars have always been very or reasonably new and in excellent condition. I return the vehicle out of hours and there is a secure box to drop off the keys. There is a bus stop opposite to return into the centre of Weymouth. I can recommend them most highly.”

“All worked as expected, the van was available on time, reasonable condition, paperwork straightforward, return straightforward. However, this reporting format is useless - I hired a self-drive van, so there was no delivery, no item, no delay!”

“Usual security checks all ok on me and got the required van with no problems , then 2 weeks later I NEEDED TO HIRE A VAN AGAIN BUT THEY HAD CHANGED THEIR ' AGE ' CRITERIA AND I DIDN'T QUALIFY ANYLONGER SO WHATS THE POINT !!! BE LIKE OTHER UK WIDE VEHICLE HIRERS AND GET IN LINE FOR HIRES !!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I was a couple of hours late returning the van on Sunday morning. The next day was Monday bank holiday so the van could not be rehired therefore there was no loss to you. However, despite this I was charged an extra days hire. I am writing to let you know that whilst you have gained £150, you have lost a customer”

Good morning, The vehicle was due back by 8am & the vehicle was returned by 1pm (5 hours late) so you would have been charged for the day. If the vehicle had been return at the agreed time by yourself then no additional charge would have been applied. Dorset Vehicle Rentals
