“Friendly, efficient, proficient staff. Have used several times and vehicles are always in good condition and fit for purpose. Hired a Luton Van this time with a low step which is ideal and prevent the need for a tail lift.”

“Vehicle ready on time. Personal service both on collection and return. Van was an ideal size for what we wanted. Clearly well used and dented, but the team were clear they understood the condition of the vehicle, including sending me photos of every issue. The van had no technical faults during the hire. I would use them again.”

“We have hired a number of vehicles from Dorset vehicle rentals including Luton vans and medium sized cars. All vehicles have been reliable and clean. The value for money is excellent and we always use them. The manager Matt is very friendly and flexible with the return time”

“This is the second time I have hired a van from Dorset Vehicle Rental and the customer service on both occasions has been excellent and I would recommend them to my friends, vehicle is clean and any previous damage has always been logged on their system so no worry about being charged for something you didn't do during your hire period. Definitely going back again.”

“Size of van not accurately described. Medium van fat too small. I said I was taking furniture including double bed but mattress did not fit! Had to do 2 loads as consequent!”
