“For the short time we had the van the service was excellent the booking in and collection was very speedy and helpful as was the returning of the van”

“I was very happy with the service from Dorset Vehicle Rental. I hired a box Luton for a day. Price was good, condition and cleanliness of the vehicle was good, and the booking process simple. (I went in the day before to do the paperwork so I could get away quickly the following day.) The reason I have only given 4 stars is because no mention was made about what fixing points there were in the back. Being a private hirer I think this could be mentioned by them so you can bring appropriate strapping etc. Also they could offer the option of bars to fix to the sides, as the van does have provision for them.”

“Great company, easy collection and returns. Good quality vehicle. Only thing is that it would be far easier to collect with a full tank of fuel and subsequently returning with a full tank. Not a criticism just a recommendation for ease of return”
