“We made a mistake with dates on our booking, they went above and beyond to find me an alternative vehicle to be able to take away that day. My deposit came back very promptly”

“We use Dorsey Vehicle Rentals every year for our summer holiday. Always very helpful and reliable. Were very accommodating to allow us to pick up the car at a time suitable for us. Will always use when we need a car in Dorset.”

“Excellent customer service. 1) The problem of my driving licence being stuck with the DVLA was overcome so that my van rental could proceed. 2) As there was no local van available, one was delivered from another location that same afternoon. Service couldn't be better, thank you.”

“Good friendly service. Van was clean, although was very basic with no Aircon or reversing sensors or camera, which would have been useful as I only drive a van once in a blue moon.”
